🎯 How Entries Will Be Judged
This isn’t your typical property tour — we’re looking for fun, personality-packed videos that show us why Bill & Cel should come host their talk show at your community!
Your 1-minute video should highlight something special, surprising, or just plain entertaining about your property — this could be an amazing amenity, a hilarious team moment, a heartfelt resident story, or a creative invitation for us to visit.
📹 Video Format Requirements
Length: 3 minutes or less
Orientation: Vertical format (9:16) — perfect for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn Reels, and YouTube Shorts
Style: Authentic, creative, and engaging (polished is great, but fun and real wins!)
🧑⚖️ Judging Criteria
Each video will be scored by our panel of judges using the following:
🔹 1. Creativity & Originality
We want to see your property’s personality! Show us something we’ve never seen — whether it’s a team dance, a funny resident moment, or a unique way to say “Pick us!”
🔹 2. Community Energy
Does the video reflect the vibe and culture of your community? Show us the heart of your team, your residents, or what makes your place feel like home.
🔹 3. Why Bill & Cel Should Come
Make your case: Why should your property host the Living Well Talk Show? Whether it's your epic gym, fun events, or just an unbeatable energy — tell us (or show us!) what makes it special.
🔹 4. Engagement & Storytelling
Does the video flow well? Is it clear, compelling, and easy to follow? You don’t need a film crew — just a solid message and creative delivery.
🔹 5. Humor, Heart, or WOW Factor
Does it make us laugh, smile, or say “YES, we need to go there”? A little emotion or surprise goes a long way.
